Sleep Positive is an online space where I discuss the topics I'm passionate about.

I have always been fascinated by sleep, and strongly believe that good quality and quantity sleep is key to alleviating many of the physical and mental health problems we face as a society today.
As part of a newly emerging field, my research takes a positive psychological approach to sleep and explores the links between positive psychological traits (such as gratitude, optimism, self-compassion and mindfulness) and good sleep health.
By shedding light on these relationships and investigating novel positive sleep solutions, I hope that my research will begin to help people get the good night's sleep they deserve.
